The Lookingglass gglassworks Consortium

Lookingglass productions, and the artists who create them, are developed through a unique-to-Lookingglass initiative called gglassworks.
gglassworks distinguishes itself in that in addition to just supporting the writing process -- as do most theatrical development programs -- gglassworks provides the resources required to explore the material through various specific forms of performative expression, as dictated by the needs of the story. Tailoring the development of each theatrical piece with its own specific protocol is the hallmark of gglassworks.
Developing new work in this method can take anywhere from two to five years. The resource-intensive process of nurturing new work for the 2010-2011 Season and beyond oblige our Company to turn to our generous friends and supporters for additional support to ensure the viability of these potential theatrical blockbusters.
Gifts commencing at $5,000 are recognized as part of this very special gglassworks Consortium. Membership includes an impressive roster of benefits, including:
- Invitations to exclusive gglassworks Consortium events
- Sponsorship recognition in Playbill, at Lookingglass Opening Nights, and at special gglassworks events
- 4 tickets to each Opening Night during the 2010-2011 Season
- Ability to purchase VIP tickets to every production in the 2010-2011 Anniversary Season
Membership in the Lookingglass gglassworks Consortium and Scholarship Consortium is additional to the support each Board Member offers to The Watermark Society and to the 2010 Lookingglass gglassquerade.
