Joy Gregory

JOY GREGORY is a founding member of Lookingglass.  Recent productions of her work at Lookingglass include The Shaggs: Philosophy of the World with composer Gunnar Madsen and Race: How Blacks and Whites Feel About the American Obsession, a co-adaptation with David Schwimmer of the Studs Terkel book.  The Shaggs will be produced at Playwrights Horizons in the spring of 2011.  Joy is also a writer/producer for series television, most recently for Scoundrels on ABC.  Previous credits include Joan of Arcadia and Jericho.  She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their daughter, Lucie.
