CLASS REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for Winter/Spring classes. Please sign up online or call 773.477.9257 x193
All classes must be paid in full by the first class meeting. We will accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. There will be a $3.00 processing fee for all credit card payments.
CLASS REFUND POLICY
We want to ensure you and your child have a positive experience with Lookingglass, so if you should choose to cancel a registration after the first class of the session, you will receive a full refund, only if withdrawal from the class does not bring enrollment below the minimum number of students required to run the class. If you cancel after the second class, there are no refunds given. Lookingglass does not offer refunds due to illness or personal schedule conflicts. Fees for classes cannot be transferred to other sessions. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or to cancel a class as needed due to inclement weather.
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
Classes can be made up throughout the session in any age appropriate Lookingglass class. All make-ups must occur before the end of the current session. Please call 24 hours in advance to register your child for a make-up.
CLASS SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Lookingglass is committed to assisting all students in participating in our programs regardless of their financial situation. We provide payment plans as well asfinancial assistance to those in need. Please call for further details or to obtain financial assistance forms. All forms must be received two weeks prior to the beginning of the first class.
CLASS LIABILITY
Lookingglass is not responsible for injuries sustained on its premises. We reserve the right to exercise discretion in accepting students for class work. Students may be denied entrance if, in the professional judgment of the faculty and administration, their participation would pose a danger to themselves or others. Lookingglass does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status.:

CAMP PAYMENT POLICY
All camp payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. We will accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. There will be a $3.00 processing fee for all credit card payments.
CAMP REFUND POLICY
Lookingglass limits the registration numbers for all camps. If an enrolled camper needs to withdraw before May 1st and we can fill his or her spot with a child from the waiting list, we will refund the camp fee less the $100.00 deposit. If an enrolled camper needs to withdraw after May 1st and we can fill his or her spot with a child from the waiting list, Lookingglass will refund half of the camp fee. If we are unable to fill the slot, there will be no refund. Lookingglass will not refund any camp money after June 1st, 2008 regardless of filling the spot. We do not prorate any portion of the camp fee and do not offer refunds due to illness or personal schedule conflicts. Fees for camps cannot be transferred to other Lookingglass programs.
Lookingglass reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment.
CAMP MAKE-UP POLICY
Lookingglass does not allow any child to make-up any day of camp that is missed.
